The Communications Commission of Kenya (CCK) executes it mandate in line with its establishing Act i.e. the Kenya Communications Act, 1998, as amended by the Kenya Communications (Amendment) Act, 2009. The two sets of legislation have been amalgamated to form the Kenya Information and Communications Act, CAP 411A.
