The Ministry of Information and Communications in consultation with the Communications Commission of Kenya has developed the draft regulations listed below pursuant to the Kenya Communications Act, 1998, and the Kenya Communications (Amendment) Act, 2009. The Commission wishes to invite all interested parties to go through the draft regulations and revert with comments before or on Monday 28th September 2009.
